Androgenetic Alopecia Treatments – The Power of Three!

While many supposed androgenetic alopecia treatments are out there, very few of them fully address the real reason for your condition. There is only one root cause of this condition, and that is the starvation of your hair follicles.

Thankfully, the list of causes for your follicles dying of hunger is a very short one.  In truth, there are merely three little culprits. And it’s actually quite easy to treat each of them, which is why I’m so excited to be sharing this information with you!

Androgenetic Alopecia Treatments – Before We Continue:

Don’t get too excited yet, though… I’ve got something important to say. The reality is that your condition may not even be treatable. If you’ve let it go for too long, and are showing patches of scalp that are entirely bald, with zero hair cover, it is likely too late for you.

In this case, there is a high probability that a hair transplant is the only hair loss treatment that will work for you. Of course, you will want to get a proper diagnosis from a qualified professional, as well as a recommendation for any treatments that may help you.

I am about to share three steps for hair restoration that have been of great benefit many men with treatable hair loss. Each of those three culprits for follicle malnourishment we discussed above are confronted by the actions outlined in this plan. May this serve you well!

Androgenetic Alopecia Treatments – #1:

Consume adequate nutrition.

Elementary, but true. If your blood isn’t carrying what your follicles need to survive, then how can you prevent your condition from worsening? It is very unlikely that you can.

It is absolutely critical that you get ample amounts of vitamin B6, zinc, vitamin A, copper, magnesium, vitamin E, and follic acid.

While it may be true that healthy foods are the best sources of these nutrients, high quality supplements provide far better efficiency, convenience, and peace of mind. Anyway, truly healthy food is anything but cheap these days!

Androgenetic Alopecia Treatments – #2:

Arrest the murderer!

The androgen (sex hormone) dihydrotestosterone, or dht, is directly to blame for the majority of your problem.  Those of us with androgenetic alopecia have a genetic predisposition to manufacture too much of it within our bodies.

This messed-up hormone binds itself to your hair follicles, keeping them from drinking in vital nutriment from the blood. In essence, dht slowly murders your hair follicles! But this can certainly change.

You can find a number of dht blockers on the market. Maybe you’ve even heard of one… finasteride, a.k.a. Propecia. This highly effective hair restoration treatment is FDA approved and proven to work.

However, a number of men have suffered from long term sexual side effects as a result of taking finasteride. Among these are infertility, impotence, and decreased sex drive. Though these risks are somewhat low, affecting only 1 or 2 men in 100, a good number of men decide not to gamble.

Instead, they seek out a good all-natural anti-androgen. Among the most powerful of these is saw palmetto extract.  Other known natural anti-androgens include green tea, pumpkin seed oil, and nettle root.  Blocking dht is absolutely critical in reversing your hair loss.  Do NOT skip this step!

Androgenetic Alopecia Treatments – #3:

Restore circulation to your scalp!

I couldn’t care less how successful you are at blocking dht or taking your vitamins. If your blood can’t even get to your starving follicles, then your hair loss will most likely continue.  Do NOT let that happen!

A great way to promote healthy scalp circulation is with minoxidil. Perhaps the most effective hair loss treatment of all time, minoxidil dilates the little capillaries throughout your scalp, effectively nursing your ailing follicles back to health.  By simply applying a minoxidil topical (5%) to your scalp each day, you can begin to enjoy noticeable hair regrowth in just a few short weeks… for some men it’s only taken days!

Androgenetic Alopecia Treatments – Closing Thoughts:

By following this plan, you are providing yourself with an excellent chance at full hair restoration. It’s an extremely basic idea. You give the blood nutrients, you remove the bad stuff from your blood, and you make sure your follicles receive the blood.  Totally synergistic and magically powerful.

One product that does all three of these incredible things is Provillus.

If your condition is still treatable, and you would like to take a closer look at Provillus, you are invited to do so at this time.

Alopecia Hair Regrowth – 3 Magic Steps!

If you think alopecia hair regrowth is an overly difficult task, consider this.  It is actually an extremely easy problem to understand, as there is just one simple cause… nutrient-deprived hair follicles!

The reasons for this starvation are incredibly easy to figure out, too.  In all actuality, you will only need to address three.  And these are not even remotely difficult to treat, creating a wonderful opportunity for full regrowth of your hair!

Alopecia Hair Regrowth – A Quick Disclaimer:

Just to be fair, before we get you too excited, there’s something I must tell you.  The reality is that your condition may not even be treatable.  What would cause this to happen?  Well, if you’re hair loss has been left untreated for a long period of time and you have patches of 100% bald scalp showing, then it may be too late.

If this is the case, your options may be limited to surgical restoration methods. It is always advised, of course, that you consult with a dermatologist or other health care professional about your particular case, and the options that are available to you.

The three steps outlined in this article are intended for men whose hair loss is still treatable.  This plan addresses all three of the causes of the follicle starvation which is causing your condition.  I’m wishing the best for you!

Alopecia Hair Regrowth – Step One:

You must nourish your blood!

It’s a simple concept.  If you don’t make life-sustaining nutrition available to your poor hair follicles, then how in the world are you supposed to grow your hair back?  Simply put, it will not happen.  Therefore, it is absolutely critical that you consume the nutrients that your follicles are being starved of.

These ever precious minerals and vitamins include vitamins B, E, and A, magnesium, zinc, follic acid, and copper.

Although consuming nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grain is ideal, vitamin and mineral supplements are definitely encouraged, due to the fact that all the nutrients have already been measured out for you, eliminating any guesswork.  Besides, our food seems to be getting more and more devoid of quality nutrition these days.

Alopecia Hair Regrowth – Step Two:

Fight dht!

Dihydrotestosterone, or dht, is the leading cause of follicle starvation in those of us with androgenic alopecia (male pattern baldness).

This appalling attacker fastens itself to your helpless follicles, disabling them from taking in life-sustaining food from your blood.  In effect, dht chokes your hair to death! But you can put an end to it.

Anti-androgens, also called dht blockers, can be used.  The most popular of these is finasteride (Propecia).  This FDA approved hair loss solution is extremely successful.

However, a number of men have suffered from long term sexual side effects as a result of taking finasteride.  Among these are low libido, inability to perform, and sterility.  And even though the reality is that these are pretty rare, affecting only 1 or 2 men in 100, a lot of men simply don’t believe it’s worth the risk.

For these men, natural alternatives do exist.  One of the most effective dht blockers from the world of nature is saw palmetto.  Other great all-natural dht blockers include pygeum extract, pumpkin seed oil, and zinc.  You absolutely cannot ignore the importance of using a good dht blocker.

Alopecia Hair Regrowth – Step Three:

Get your scalp’s blood flowing!

I don’t care how much nourishment you get or how well you block dht.  If insufficient blood flow is keeping the follicles unfed, then your hair is still in big trouble.  It’s up to you to find a way to restore that blood flow.

Enter, minoxidil.  The only other FDA approved men’s hair loss treatment available, minoxidil is thought to open up the blood vessels in your scalp, effectively restoring nutrient delivery to your dying hair follicles.  By simply applying a 5% minoxidil topical to the scalp every day, countless men have received incredible regrowth, sometimes beginning in days!

Alopecia Hair Regrowth – Closing Thoughts:

By following this plan, you are giving yourself the very best shot at success.  The concept is very simple.  You enrich the blood, you get dht out of the blood, and you feed the blood to your starving follicles.  This process is extremely common sense… and totally effective!

One product that does all three of these important things in one fell swoop is Provillus.

If your condition is still treatable, and you would like to take a closer look at Provillus, you are invited to do so at this time.

Androgen Alopecia – 3 Causes and 3 Solutions!

Don’t let androgen alopecia get the better of you.  It’s actually a pretty simple thing to understand and treat.  I believe that if you really dig down, you will see that this condition truly has just one singular cause, and that is follicle starvation.

Moreover, there are only a small handful of reasons why this “starvation” is happening.  In all reality, you only need to concentrate on three. And it’s actually quite easy to treat each of these, which is great news for a vast number of guys with this condition!

Androgen Alopecia – A Quick Word:

Just to be fair, before we get you too excited, there’s something I must tell you. I hate to break this to you, but not every man is treatable. This is especially true for those of us who have gone untreated for several years and are now showing areas of 100% bald scalp.

In this case, there is a high probability that a hair transplant is the only hair loss treatment that will work for you.  Of course, do not just take my word for it.  You are very strongly encouraged to check with your dermatologist to get a proper diagnosis and see what can truly be done for you.

This article will show you three steps to regrow your hair if you still happen to be treatable.   In other words, this info is great for those of us in the early to middle stages of our hair loss, with plenty of viable hair follicles to work with.  All three of the root causes of your dying follicles are addressed in this treatment plan. Okay, so here goes!

Stopping Androgen Alopecia – Step One:

You must nourish your blood!

This is not rocket science. If you don’t make life-giving nutrition available to your poor hair follicles, then why would your hair ever start growing back? The obvious answer is that it wouldn’t!  You must get sufficient “hair nutrients” into your bloodstream and ready for delivery.

The vitamins & minerals your hair is being starved of are magnesium, biotin, zinc, copper, and vitamin b6.

Although consuming nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grain is ideal, a high quality supplement is a far more streamlined and surefire way of getting what you need. Besides, the quality of our food supply isn’t what it used to be!

Stopping Androgen Alopecia – Step Two:

Inhibit the formation of dht.

This is the androgen (sex hormone) responsible for the bulk of your condition.  If you have pattern baldness, you can be sure that you are genetically predisposed to produce way too much of the stuff.

This appalling attacker clings to your hair follicles, preventing them from consuming adequate nutrition from the bloodstream. In effect, dht chokes your hair to death! But you have the power to stop it.

There are many dht blockers available to you these days. The most popular of these is finasteride (Propecia). This medicine is very powerful, highly effective, and FDA approved.

On the downside, serious and potentially long-term sexual side effects have occurred in users of the drug. Among those reported are breast tenderness or enlargement, low sex drive, and inability to perform. Though these risks are somewhat low, making trouble for merely 1 or 2 percent of its users, a good number of men decide not to gamble.

Instead, they implement an all-natural alternative. The most trusted of these is the North American saw palmetto plant extract.  Other natural ingredients shown to stop dht are pygeum, pumpkin seed oil, and beta sitosterols.   As important as it gets, blocking dht is NOT to be taken lightly.

Stopping Androgen Alopecia – Step Three:

Make sure to increase your scalp’s blood flow!

It doesn’t make a difference how much nourishment you get or how well you block dht. If your follicles aren’t receiving any blood, then you can be sure that you’ll keep losing hair.  Don’t let this happen.

A great way to promote healthy scalp circulation is with minoxidil. Perhaps the most effective hair loss treatment of all time, minoxidil is thought to open up the blood vessels in your scalp, enabling them to bring the circulation of “hair food” back up to par.

A 5% minoxidil topical solution applied to your scalp on a daily basis will complete this three-step treatment plan and have you seeing results in as little as a few days!

Androgen Alopecia – A Final Word:

By working this entire step-by-step strategy, you will be putting yourself at a tremendous advantage to succeed. It’s an extremely basic idea. You provide nutrients to the blood, you remove the bad stuff from your blood, and you make sure your follicles receive the blood. Easy, synergistic, and powerful.

One product that does all three of these essential things for you is Provillus.

If your condition is still treatable, and you would like to take a closer look at Provillus, you are invited to do so at this time.

Androgenetic Alopecia – Defeating the Enemy!

While androgenetic alopecia (pattern baldness) is certainly no friend of ours, it is truly not that difficult of an enemy to defeat. There is only one root cause of this condition, and that is the starvation of your hair follicles.

Not only that, but the causes of your follicles not getting what they need are extremely few in numbers, too. In truth, there are merely three little culprits. And each of one of these comes complete with its own individual treatment, which is great news for a vast number of guys with this condition!

Androgenetic Alopecia – Before You Get Your Hopes Up:

Please don’t get too excited just yet, though, as I must utter a disclaimer. There is a possibility that your specific condition simply isn’t treatable. If androgenetic alopecia goes untreated for too long, total patches of bald scalp may begin to show, with zero hair cover whatsoever.

If you think this describes you, it may be too late for non-surgical treatment options. Of course, it is absolutely critical that you discuss this with your dermatologist or other health care professional for a proper diagnosis and brainstorming of potential treatment options.

This article will illustrate for you a three-step treatment plan that can work wonders for those of us with treatable conditions.  What do I mean?  This plan will really only benefit men in the early to mid stages of the condition, who still have viable follicles to work with.

This plan addresses all three of the causes of the follicle starvation which is causing your condition. I wish you the very best success!

Androgenetic Alopecia – 1st Step to Defeating the Enemy:

Feed your follicles what they’re starving for!

It’s really quite simple. If you can’t even supply the food necessary for your follicles’ survival, then how in the world are you supposed to grow your hair back?  That was actually a rhetorical question.

Among the most beneficial hair nutrients you need are magnesium, biotin, zinc, copper, and vitamin b6.

While it may be true that healthy foods are the best sources of these nutrients, a high quality supplement is a far more streamlined and surefire way of getting what you need. Besides, the quality of our food supply isn’t what it used to be!

Androgenetic Alopecia – 2nd Step to Defeating the Enemy:

Arrest the murderer!

Here it is… the root cause of all root causes:  the dreaded dihydrotestosterone, a.k.a. dht.  This androgen (male sex hormone) is the little jerk that has causes millions of us grief for centuries and centuries.  It is formed in our bodies, and those of us with a certain genetic predisposition simply produce far too much of it.

This messed-up hormone fastens itself to your helpless follicles, causing them to struggle with adequate absorption of your blood’s nutrient supply. In effect, dht kills your hair via slow starvation! But you can put an end to it.

There are many dht blockers available to you these days. One powerful choice among these is finasteride, better known as Propecia. This medicine is very powerful, highly effective, and FDA approved.

Unfortunately, there are a handful of potential, long-term side effects associated with the drug. Among these are low libido, performance issues, and even sterility. And while it’s true that these side effects are somewhat rare, complicating the lives of only 2 out of 100 men, many guys choose not to take a chance.

Instead, these gentlemen decide to go the natural route. If you choose to go natural, saw palmetto is easily the most popular dht blocker.  Other natural ingredients shown to stop dht are pygeum, soy isoflavones, and beta sitosterols. Overlooking the importance of fighting dht is an act of absolute delusion.

Androgenetic Alopecia – 3rd Step to Defeating the Enemy:

Deliver the goods to your follicles!

I don’t care how free from dht and vitamin deficiency you are. If your scalp isn’t delivering blood to your follicles, then your problem isn’t going away any time soon. This is the missing piece of the puzzle for so many unfortunate individuals.

Thousands of men have used minoxidil to restore proper blood flow to the affected area(s) of the scalp. Among the most successful hair restoration products ever made, minoxidil opens up your scalp’s tiny blood vessels, effectively restoring nutrient delivery to your dying hair follicles.

In addition to following steps one and two, applying a 5% minoxidil topical to your scalp each morning can have you seeing results in weeks, and perhaps even days!

Androgenetic Alopecia – Final Thought:

By taking action on all three of these steps, you are taking a giant step toward total hair regrowth. It’s an extremely basic idea. You give the blood nutrients, you rid the blood of dht, and you feed the blood to your starving follicles.   Simple, synergistic, and incredibly powerful.

One product that does all three of these amazing things is Provillus

If your condition is still treatable, and you would like to take a closer look at Provillus, you are invited to do so at this time.

Alopecia Male Pattern Baldness – A Treatment That Works!

Is alopecia male pattern baldness really as complex a problem as most people think? Not really. In fact, there is really only one reason your hair is thinning and/or falling out and that is that your follicles are being starved to death!

Adding to the simplicity is the fact that there aren’t many causes of this nutrient deficiency.  Truth be told, three main culprits are all you really need to be concerned with.  And it’s actually quite easy to treat each of these, making male pattern baldness a truly unnecessary condition for many men!

Alopecia Male Pattern Baldness – Before You Get Too Excited:

Don’t get too excited yet, though… I’ve got something important to say.  I hate to break this to you, but not every man is treatable.  Those of us who have complete baldness on the affected area(s) of our scalp are most likely beyond the point of no return.

Unfortunately, non-surgical restoration options probably won’t benefit you if this is the case.  Of course, it is always a good idea to get a proper individual diagnosis from a certified dermatologist.  He or she can discuss possible solutions with you.

This article will illustrate for you a three-step treatment plan that can work wonders for those of us with treatable conditions.  All three of the root causes of your dying follicles are addressed in this treatment plan.  I’m wishing the best for you!

Alopecia Male Pattern Baldness – Treatment Step One:

Provide your hair with what it needs!

It’s common sense.  If you can’t even supply the food necessary for your follicles’ survival, then how can you expect to reverse your condition?  It will not happen as long as you are nutrient deficient.

The vitamins & minerals your hair is being starved of are zinc, inositol, vitamin A, magnesium, copper, and vitamin E.

Whole, natural food will give you the most complete forms of these nutrients.  However, vitamin and mineral supplements are definitely encouraged, due to the fact that all the nutrients have already been measured out for you, eliminating any guesswork.  Besides, our food seems to be getting more and more devoid of quality nutrition these days.

Alopecia Male Pattern Baldness – Treatment Step Two:

Inhibit the formation of dht.

Dht, short for dihydrotestosterone, is the androgen (male sex hormone) responsible for the bulk of your alopecia male pattern baldness. This wicked hormone adheres to your poor follicles, disabling them from taking in life-sustaining food from your blood.  So basically, dht chokes your hair to death! But this can certainly change.

Many inhibitors of dht production exist.  Among the most effective of these is finasteride, a synthetic anti-androgen.  This hair loss treatment is FDA approved and proven to work beautifully.

However, a number of men have suffered from long term sexual side effects as a result of taking finasteride.  Among these are impotence, decreased volume of ejaculate, and decreased libido.  And although occurrences of these conditions are fairly low, only showing up in approximately 2% of all users, a great deal of individuals opt to avoid the risk altogether.

Instead, they seek out and use natural alternatives.  A highly revered all-natural dht blocker is the extract of saw palmetto.  Additional natural alternatives include pygeum extract, soy isoflavones, and beta sitosterols.  Whatever you do, please do NOT overlook the importance of blocking dht!

Alopecia Male Pattern Baldness – Treatment Step Three:

Get your scalp’s blood flowing!

I couldn’t care less how free from dht and vitamin deficiency you are.  If your follicles aren’t receiving any blood, then you’re probably not going to benefit.  You must ensure proper blood circulation in your scalp.

This is where minoxidil comes into play.  Quite possibly the most popular hair loss product ever created, minoxidil opens up your scalp’s tiny blood vessels, enabling them to bring the circulation of “hair food” back up to par.  By simply applying a 5% minoxidil topical to the affected area(s) of the scalp, you can notice the onset of hair regrowth in as little as a few days!

Alopecia Male Pattern Baldness – Final Thought:

By doing all three of these important things, you are taking a giant step toward total hair regrowth.  It’s an extremely simple process.  You enrich the blood, you free the blood from “attackers,” and you deliver the blood to your sick hair follicles.  It’s a common sense approach that has yielded tremendous results for many, many men.

One product that does all three of these essential things in one fell swoop is Provillus.

If your condition is still treatable, and you would like to take a closer look at Provillus, you are invited to do so at this time.

Alopecia Areata Causes – Hair Loss Causes

Alopecia areata is characterized by loss of body and scalp hair. It is a condition that is brought about by many causes. It can be caused by drugs that are used to treat other ailments, but has hair loss as a side effect. Do not worry because alopecia is curable. For example, it was a caused by a particular drug you are taking, the hair loss would stop too once the drugs or the medications are stopped, and your hair will begin growing back.

There are also cases of alopecia areata that are caused by a serious disease, diabetes for example. Due to its many complications in the body, the circulation of the blood is affected and slowed down. The slow circulation causes lesser hair to grow on your body and scalp.

The hair plays such an important role in the life of an individual. A lot of products and industries use our fascination for the hair to make a successful business. It is undeniable that we place a high regard for our hair and hair care. Hence, hair loss causes so much stress and worries on a person.

Shedding off a few strands everyday is quite normal. However, losing hair to the extent of getting abnormally thin hair and getting patches of bald areas in the head is something that should be given attention. To understand hair loss, let us take a look at some of the most common hair loss causes.

Most Common Causes of hair loss among men and women

1. Infection – Infections especially of the fungal origin can cause hair loss when it affects the scalp.

2. Autoimmune disorder – An autoimmune disorder is a disease wherein one’s own immune system attacks itself. This causes a variety of symptoms in the affected person. An autoimmune disorder called alopecia areata causes alopecia or hair loss.

3. Thyroid insufficiency – The thyroid gland plays a very important role in the body’s growth, metabolism and normal functions. The thyroid secretes important hormones that regulate body processes. When the thyroid gland secretion is insufficient, such as what happens in hypothyroidism, body mechanisms will also decrease in function. This results to certain body changes including hair loss.

4. Chemotherapy and other medications – Chemotherapy is the use of anti-cancer medications to fight cancer. These medications work by detecting the cancer cells in the body and killing them. To do this, the medications look for rapidly producing cells that is a characteristic of cancer cells. However, there are some cells in the body that normally multiply at such fast pace. This group of cells includes the hair follicles. Thus, the anti-cancer medications detect these normal hair cells and treat them as cancer cells. This is the reason why there is hair loss involved in cancer chemotherapy.

5. Poor diet – A deficient diet would correspond to a scarcity of essential vitamins, minerals and other nutrients in the body. Without these important nutrients, body metabolism even hair growth will also be affected.

Having knowledge on the things that cause hair loss will be truly useful in its prevention.

Why is It Called Androgenetic Alopecia?

The question above initiates more questions with it. Those people who have seen abnormal hair thinning and loss might ask where does this Androgenetic Alopecia or AGA came from and why is it hereditary. For years, a lot of people believed that baldness is actually normal as they grow old. It is true that it’s normal for a person to lose several strands of her hair a day, but the hereditary hair loss also known as Androgenic Alopecia or Alopecia Androgenetica is an abnormal happening in one’s life.

Androgenetic Alopecia is the most common type of Alopecia or hair loss. It occurs mainly in men and it affects about 35 to 40 million men from the United States alone. This is the reason why it got its name as the male-pattern baldness. From the moment that it occurred to a male his hair line will start receding until it formed an M-shaped pattern on the person’s head. This kind of Alopecia usually starts during teen years and will eventually be obvious on the head by the age of forty to fifty. At this age hair loss or thinning would start from the front up to the top of the head leaving a horse-shoe like shape formed by the remaining hairs on the head. There are frequent cases in men where this hair loss leads them into total baldness. This is different in women. They usually start to experience hair loss after their menopausal period where they would just experience hair thinning that very seldom leads into total hair loss. And also, for the female, they would not form any pattern on the head because their hair lines would not recede at all. The main reason for developing this hair loss that damages a person’s crowning glory is an androgen called dihydrotestosterone or DHT. It is a byproduct of testosterone that causes the hair follicles to become sensitive and to shrink upon exposure to it. Due to a high level of DHT the hair follicles would not be able to produce hair in a normal cycle or time frame and they would also produce shorter or what they called as the miniaturized hair shafts. From this time on, hair growth could start to become abnormal. There are also other medical reasons for obtaining AGA and why a person would become vulnerable to it. For men, having heart disease, prostate enlargement or cancer, diabetes, obesity, and hypertension are some of these medical conditions that would boost their level of free androgens especially the DHT and thus might lead to Alopecia. On the other hand, women with increased risk of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome or PCOS might also weaken their defenses against genetic hair loss.

The hair is the crowning glory of a person and people usually do anything and everything to take care of this special grooming factor of their lives.
