HAIR 911 HELP!!! Is there anything I can do?
Question by XxxMysticalxRosexxX: HAIR 911 HELP!!! Is there anything I can do?
Okay I’m 13 years old and my hair is officially getting on mah nerves!!! I’m about to lose it!! When I wash my hair it feels so much better. I have naturally think, medium length hair that’s poofy and wavy (thats mah natural style)It sorta looks like this | vhttp://www.biloxischools.net/schools/beauvoir/Dr.Seuss/seuss%20week%202008/Wacky%20Hair%20015.jpgThat’s exactly like my hair BY THE WAY THAT ISN’T ME!!! THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLEI have to put a lot of heat on my hair to make it completely straight. But after I do a work out, come back from Gym class, or my karate class my hair starts to itch!!! I had dandruff since I was 10 and I’m now 13. I never had head lice or anything bug related. Just dandruff. my hair can get dried out easily too and any amount of water can make it return to its natural state. MY hair gets tangled very easy too and it’s annoying!!Now my last remaining questions are:1) How can I stop the itch after I workout?2) How can I make it more manageable? (like make straight fast)3) Also make it easy to comb through?Sorry I i sounded mean okay I’m just very fustrated and angry.Don’t give me senseless answers either like “I don’t know” or “how about going bald” or anything…

when you wash your hair comb it in the shower and maybe you could use dandruff shampoo+conditioner. umm to make it strait you should set it in rollers. and maybe your hair itches when you work out because youre sweating.

Oh, I’m sorry to hear that! I know so many people with hair problems, I’m just lucky that I don’t have any…well…here i go!
1) Maybe the itch is your dandruff. Dandruff is when dry skin from your scalp comes off. If you’ve had dry skin on your body before, you’ll see it itches also. Try using a dandruff remover shampoo or a dandruff removal spray. Those both help pretty well.
2) How do you make your hair more manageable? Try using a straightening shampoo. A lot of people with hair like that tend to use volumizing shampoo when they have hair like yours. BUT, you HAVE TO GET STRAIGHTENING SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER! Try Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight.
3) To make it easier to comb through, try leave-in-conditioner. Some really good ones are Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine and Infusium 23. After applying the leave in conditioner, then you can comb/brush your hair more easily.
Well, I hope this helped you!
