Okay. I have an habit that you all will think is disgusting/freaky, etc. but PLEASE HELP ME!! I have had this problem for probably..4 years? I am 14 years old, and here is my problem. I pull out single strands of my hair throughout the day without doing it on purpose, just when I am bored/stressed I suppose….PLEASE help me stop this habbit! When I first started doing this, I can’t remember. I want to stop this habit! It is making me go bald in certain areas! I recently have been pulling the left side burn area, and it is becoming very thin there. When I first started, it was at the baby spot, and people used to laugh and tell me”Your going bald”..then it was toward the front of my head, then back, now side..I randomly pull them in certain areas most of the time, but I don’t want to go bald! HELP!!!

when you wash your hair comb it in the shower and maybe you could use dandruff shampoo+conditioner. umm to make it strait you should set it in rollers. and maybe your hair itches when you work out because youre sweating.
